Ex racking up debt, small business issue
Hi there,
I am new here, but I am wondering if any of you have had any experience with small business and divorce? My ex is racking up a lot of debt and buying stuff for the business to write off. This is all to bring his income down on his personal tax assessment. Is there anything I can do to protect myself? He will be trying to write off as much as possible. He is even going to use his live in "girlfriend" to write off as she is the new bookeeper. Any experience with this anyone?
