Default court

Ex still not complying with allowing me to make payments and I am prepared to pay new amount . Difference of 15 a month. Difference of 200 for the last two years prepared to pay this as well . Now she is going on about going to court and making me pay the costs ....I have more than given her what is required and willing to work out going forward and will do so beleive me each year - but now this ....I thought if we go to court and the judge sees I am being more than fair and prepared to pay (letters to prove ,only haven't paid this month, trying )

Do you pay by cheque? If so...mail this to her and request a signature at the time of drop off...this will be proof that you have provided payment.

lol she wants to make you pay the costs when you are more then willing to pay what you owe?? I am thinking that as long as you prove that you have been wanting to pay, then she may have to pay your costs.

If you're willing to pay the correct CS table amount, and bring it up to date for the last two years, what is there to go to court about?

As stated above, she'll end up paying the court costs for this unnecessary court hearing.
