Financial Statement

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In my ex's financial statement, she failed to mention that our 24 year old son has recently moved back in with her after breaking up with his girlfriend that he was living with. At his age, and he works full-time, shouldn't he be contributing something to her household? After all, she is on social assistance so it certainly doesn't seem right for her to say he gives her nothing. SHould I get into this further?

Also, ex is suddenly claiming that she spends $50 per month on massage therapy?!?!? I couldn't believe it when I saw this because we could never afford her to have this when we were together and now she says she can!

ALso, she is claiming that the internet $50 per month is her expense. She does not even know where the ON button to the computer is, and this is my older sons internet I'm certain. I am not obliged to pay for him ....he has been out of his own and living with his girlfriend and works full-time.

HOw do you really argue the items in the parties monthly expenses? I know that most of what she has there is complete lies. But how do I show that?

serrona,

theri financial statement will be taken as the truth. To get more insight to their financial statement you may have to apply questioning under oath rule 20 of the Family Law Rules.
