Default Two final orders - are they both valid?

After our court date, we ended up with a court order that included 13 items that were negotiated in court. Shortly after the order was made, my husband filed a motion to change that order to accurately reflect his income. His ex consented and they rewrote a new order outlining specific amounts to be collected by FRO.

My question is, does the order override the items listed in the original order? All the items listed in the new order were written in FRO-friendly terms and related to expenses being collected by them. Several of the items from the original order were not included in the new order since we felt that the original order was still valid.

Our problem is, my husband's ex is supposed to provide receipts to him for benefit reimbursement and she won't. The original order says she has to and the second order doesn't.

The most recent order will be enforced.

If your husband failed to copy something from the previous order onto this order then he's likely SOL. (A good reason why lawyers are retained so as to ensure mistakes like this are not made).

If your husband has legal counsel he can instruct his lawyer to contact opposing counsel and request the order be changed on consent.
