i want to take the kids (12 and 10) to western Europe (DenHague) for 7-10 days, but STBX doesnt give consent,
- because of fear of kidnapping
- and my out 10 yr one is on the high-functioning autism spectrum and she says that's not good... (but the 10yr old wants to )

advise please please

What does your separation agreement say about this? Mine spells it out. Would this be a week of summer vacation?

Just one week plus weekend in August, with consent to leave, which she declined
