Default Temp Order not being followed

Mom brought motion to change custody and child support. e had first Case Conference and Mediation. A temporary Order as made for custody until next Settlement Conference a few months from no to try and settle.

The temporary Order is not being followed, am I able to do anything to get us back in to court asap?

Thank you.

To File Contempt of Court Order would be extreme and may not be valid as one could interpret the Order a little differently. I would like to have it rewritten, how can I go about this without waiting 4 months?

Janus will become famous soon enough

If the order is clear, and is not being followed, then the proper response is contempt.

If the order is not clear, then on what grounds will you argue that it is not being followed? Either way, your probability of changing a temporary order is not that great.

You will have to describe the ambiguity better.
