Hey all,
Ok so we decided to be adult, we have divided our assets, agreed on custody and access support etc. Sep agreement in place so all thats completed. Now my hope is to make the divorce part as simple as possible. We have agreed on everything else...2 long years later....Thank you God that is done! so I would like to file a Simple or Joint divorce myself. Read all up on it but as with everything else in family law its a bit confusing and without paying a lawyer for his opinion I'm kind of stumped. Most of the forms are pretty straight forward but what should I include parts from my sep agreement and on what form should I include it? Basically for a simple uncontested divorce do you put your sep agreement into it or not? Is it on Form 25A where you include it? Do I just cut and paste the items like custody, support, access etc right into that blank section? Thanks for any adivise. |
