we are going to court next week and are self representing, what should we expect. This is for a case conference for a motion.

also scared as anything about this

we are the payer, going to court on a motion to vary, no income since early this year

Are you bringing her to court of she bringing you. Just to set your mind at ease anything discussed at the case conference stays there. The Judge seeing you in trial cannot see anything from the case conference. The case conference is just to discuss the issues and try to come to a a resolution. You do not have to settle anything there. More details what you are asking would assist me in helping you more.
