Default Responding to Emergency Motion

Hi,

As a person once served with an emergency motion that is to return to court, do I respond using Affidavit (general) form 14A or do I use the form that says Reply form 10A ? any difference?

Also, I have always been the Applicant except since the Ex brought the emergency motion this time, so an I now referring myself as the "respondent" in my affidavit?

Many thanks,
inlimbo.
