It is so nice to finally hear what some of us are going through or have been through being a man with custody, without being accused of "whinning". Although some members won't agree with me, I strongly suggest you file a motion ASAP for CS as she will then have to file a Financial Statement, which doesn't mean she will disclose info. as in my case, therefore, in your motion you can request Order as such: "for each party to provide the other within 10 days a written list of documents requested, and each party shall within 10 days respond in writing, enclosing those documents she/he is agreable to producing and stating reasons for any documents being refused". This is the one reason we are at trial after 10 years being in the court system~ also request the FRO be involved preventing you from having to go back to court time after time if she decides not to pay CS.

...family law wss written by the sexually repressed/sexually incompetent and man haters.....FRO is a joke as it ruins many people's lives...it has contributed to countless suicides.....if she is unemployed with appropriate documents NO CHILD SUPPORT .... you can contribute to the financial well being of a family lawyer to pursue the matter and the lawyer will gladly take your money to pay for their new HUMMER or Mercedes....you are a two income family I see...what do you do with your money...

Honestly, I'm not really sure I like this sentiment - but I can certainly feel it's pull. If you wanted to REALLY make a point about it - you could take each and every cent she pays you each month and put into a RESP or something.

1) send her an email asking for her financial information, employment income, reason's for unemployment. Try and catch her lying in an email about this.
2) remind her of her legal obligation to support her child and you will pursue this legal dictum to the end, on behalf of the best interest of the child...of course
3) File a motion to retrieve her financial info plus costs
4) file your separation agreement with FRO pronto, let them chase herfor $$$ not you.
5) if you DO NOT aggressively resolve this, you have lost my help and time!
