Default Are post secondary costs always a section 7?

Curious if post secondary costs are always a section 7 expense, even for high CS payors. Has anyone ever challenged this in court?

And I'm curious what is considered to be "high CS"?

My husband pays 20K a year in CS for two children. CS is full guideline amount and he pays all extraordinary and section 7 expenses too (and even those that aren't actually section 7 expenses or extraordinary as they would never be deemed extraordinary) AND he has the children 40% of the time...

We have savings for the children's education already but I'm just curious if anyone else has challenged this via court.

Yes. Save more, post secondary costs are increasing. Stop adding children to the family.

$20g/annum is peanuts.

eta: You may wish to consider not adding more children to the family. Children are expensive.
