Offer of settlement
Hello, does anyone know where I could find a blank offer for a settlement form? Not 100% sure what it looks like but it is NOT available on the Ontario Court Forms website?
Any help would be great!

I believe you just write it up in a standard letter form on blank paper. Its not a court form at all, just a letter you send your ex or their lawyer.

There is a space for it on the settlement conference form. But as Firewebsuggests, there is no specific form it takes. Just write down what you want the Final Order to look like.

There isn't a form for family law. There is or used to be one for small claims court.
