Question No longer in house, what are obligations?

My ex asked for a separation in Feb., and she had police pressure me to leave. I was not fighting for custody, so I agreed to move out.
She already brought me a draft separation agreement in which she would buy me out of the house, but it was really not acceptable is some areas, so our lawyers are going to negotiate a revision.
She is in the house, paying the all the bills, with the locks changed, but we are both still on the mortgage and title. I will be off these once the agreement is completed.
Now, she says the basement has started leaking. Suddenly she is calling it "our house" again. She is looking at some major repairs to the foundation I think, but I am not involved in this process at all.
Can I be made to pay for repairs she has done to the house even after I have moved out perminantly?
I suspect she may be using this as leverage to try to pay me even less for my share of the principal!

Have you had the house appraised or received an independent inspectors advice regarding the repairs. The value of the house is a key factor in figuring out a financial settlement. With no agreement you are still on the hook for urgent repairs but if it can wait , then one way or another the repairs will figure somewhere within a future settlement.
If the repairs warrent immediate attention and she pays to have it fixed, she could present this as an issue in settlement.
