Default Length of court custody

I am attending court for the first time for custody. We are both seeking Temporary Custody. From the beginning to the end, how long am I looking at to settle custody issues.

2) Does a judge really acknowledge a Motion for Change of Venue?

3) Does Face Time, or SKYPE considered, access?

1. How long depends on a number of factors. Each case is different. It could be days or weeks.

2. don't know.

3. It can. Some judges will order it in instances where the parents live far from each other.
