Default "Leave is hereby granted to move for C.S & S.S"

What exactly does this mean,

The judge wrote this when we were in court in early April,

When talking with my lawyer today, she said that we would put in an order for C.S. and S.S. at the end of May,

I assumed what the judge wrote meant that we were starting to get the orders together for the C.S.

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Further translation:

You can take the matter before a judge on evidence (affidavit) and a judge will determine how much SS and CS is to be paid if at all.
