I believe that regardless of who prepares the draft order, it is acceptable practice to forward the draft order to the opposing counsel (OC) with a short covering letter asking them to examine the draft for their approval of form and content (put a little spot on the covering letter where they can sign). If the OC does not agree to the document you have prepared they would send a letter back to you with the draft Order underlying the parts which they would like to see amended.

So perhaps you could simply do this by way of response to the email you received?

Not sure if LAO lawyer is game-playing. Some of these people have 45 + files they are working on at any given time.

I'm no lawyer but you might check out the process in your Province. I'm sure the OC will advise you if he/she disagrees. However, you have the Rules of Court to go by. I'm sure you will surprise the OC by your having prepared the Order. Hopefully your draft is accurate and accurately reflects the mediation agreement.

Good idea Arabian, I will send a copy by email in response to her lawyer's email as well as attaching it to my brief for TMC.
