trinton has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Default how helpful are babysitters in custody/access disputes?

When it comes to babysitters how helpful can they be? to add some context to my question, the babysitte has made serious child abuse allegations to the CAS about me. The CAS allegations were unfounded and closed off after through investigation. How helpful can a babysitter with these traits be to the issues of custody/access ? I would like to hear from parents whom have had dealt with a babysitter that was taking sides / not neutral or parents whose cases were benefited from or damaged by a babysitter. The babysitter and the custodial parent are the best of friends.

J.K. v. W.R.N, 2016 ONSC 3179 (CanLII)

Date: 2016-05-13
Docket: FS-14-394522
Citation: J.K. v. W.R.N, 2016 ONSC 3179 (CanLII)

Quote:
[123] The assessor recommends that each parent seek the supports they need to assist in caring for M.N., but that the current nanny’s employment with the mother should be terminated as her contribution to the conflict outweighs the importance of the continuity of the relationship. Additionally, the parents should not introduce new partners to M.N. for one full year from the date of the recommendations.
