Thank you Arabian. Hubby went to court house today and was successful in obtaining a motion within a few weeks. He is serving an Offer to Settle as well later today. Can't hurt as ultimately we hope that some common sense will prevail.

To note: despite what mom claims about not having legal counsel, dad has never been served with a change in representation and none on file at the courthouse as of today.

I have brought 3 motions forward and have always used 14.

Form 14B is for "basket motions" - only written issues.

Generally speaking, this means on consent or for exceptionally simple issues.

If you aren't sure, use Form 14 for a regular motion.
