Default focus hearing vacated

what does it mean when a hearing is vacated?

My lawyer attended as agent of opposing lawyer at this appearance and look like the focus hearing re: material change was vacated

what does that mean?

I see the motion regarding records was adjourned and they would discuss next steps on motion to change..

not sure what that means exactly?

Vacate legal definition of vacate

Google is a great resource.

vacate: To annul, set aside, or render void; to surrender possession or occupancy.

Thanks. Never mind. Focus hearing still alive. The court date in between was vacated.
