Default Are family LAw Lawyers allowed to participate in a real estate sale

Just wondering,

Have a writ on my home put on by ex for monies awarded to her in family court. He has sent me a letter agreeing to lift the writ if certain conditions are met. They are of course unachievable by me (Unless Donald Trump has some petty cash floating around.) But he is now actually participating in a real Estate Action in my opinion. Am I right, is this unlawful. I threw the hook using my real estate lawyer and he bit with a letter back, just wonder if I can turn the heat up on this totally unreasonable advocate of the law.

I have had real estate transactions done by a lawyer ..... the same lawyer who my ex went to to draw up a separation agreement.
