Hello I would like to know if it makes sense to object to a evidence book being
submitted to the court by the opposing side. The book contains 60 pages of evidence. My thought is that each page submitted should be submitted on an individual basis to allow for a review of the evidence before it is submitted Thank You dvr |

dvr,
It makes sense to me. However, it may take significant court time to review every document. Something in disagreement for submission would require a judicial review to determine its validity. Most Judges don't have time to go through mountains of evidence. They may look at the first page and you know toss it aside. I suspect you could also submit your own evidence book and refer to it especially if it contradicts their evidence. lv |
