Default early case conference

Hi...
I have my early case conference after 5 months of filing divorce... what should I expect..
my wife has been avoiding meetings for few months..
my wife is blowing this case out of proportion... as she is asking.. for tons of stuff... which we never had...

A case conference is without prejudice where a judge gives an opinion based on application, answer, and possible reply and does not form part of the continueing record unless orders are made on consent. Main issues judges deal with are custody, child/spousal support, access, and equalization. Each party then has to put in motions to get temporary or interim orders. Seems like neither of you have filed any motions. If she wants something, she has to file a motion, otherwise I'd ignore her if you don't agree. Be careful about how much information you share or communicate. Welcome to family law.

my advice, dont waste too much time/money on the case conference materials i.e brief, the judge dosent even read it or may be even look at it, just try to settle before.
