Default Division oF Property in Supreme Court

I ‘m filing a claim for division of property in Supreme Court and was wondering what Paragraph , Points, under the Family Relations act.
I’m suppose to write something like AS per the Family Relations Act Paragraph etc
I’m applying for Division of Property (House already sold) and 50% of down payment.

Thanks
