Curious
I"m trying to obtain a divorce and as crazy as this may sound when my ex and I were married, she couldn't produce divorce papers from her first marriage and now I am trying to obtain a divorce from her, I believe she wasn't divorced from her first marriage so is our marriage legitimate?

well if she didn't get it annuled then you have to really check into this. I know when I got married the second time I HAD to produce divorce papers to show I was legally divorced, same as my ex in my first marriage because it was his second.
