court application
I was just wondering, how long does it take to get a court application? My lawyer was in the process of starting one 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard from him since.

what are you filing for?
I went in and filed for custody in an afternoon. But I was not filing for anything but custody and CS, so i didn't have to fill out all the financial forms.

My lawyer said he was going to start the process. Im seeking custody, child support and matters to resolve the division of the matronial home. He was going to start 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything yet. Will he notify me first before he sends it to my ex?
