Couple questions about going to trial
Hey guys. I recently completed my trial record and served and filed it. For the most part I think its correct as there really is no good guide out there to complete one. I included a cover page and table of contents. Then I put the motion to change and the answer. I then included my financial statement (hers has yet to be served or filed despite being ordered by the court and the justice's telling her the past 2 court dates to give it to me) and all the temporary orders that have been done since the court process started an d a copy of our original order. Now for my questions.
1. Is there anything I missed that I should have included?
2. The Justice has allowed me to present my witnesses by affidavit but do I actually question them or do I just get them to put facts as they know it and let the respondent cross examine that?
3. How do you go about filing evidence? Do I have to file it with the clerk or do I go to the trial office to file it?
4. When I do file additional evidence do I have to update the table of contents or do they?
5. How do I go about asking for specific things at the trial for instance wanting the final order to be enforceable or other little things I would like ordered? My answer has very brief things but what if I want additional things or left out things?
Thanks for your help guys. I am feeling overwhelmed right now as I can't seem to find anything that is helping me.
