My ex never pays anything he's ordered to. The last time I was awarded $2000 in costs, my lawyer asked the just to make it payable in the form of child support so FRO could enforce it. The judge agreed and that's what happened

That's exactly what I am saying as a duty counsel advised me the same. Costs to be garnished in the form of Child support. Good to know that there is someone who actually went through it and was successful!
