Default Contempt form not enough space

I normally type all my paperwork with the forms available online. However the contempt form is a bit unique in the fact it doesn't allow for more than about 4 lines on it. If you write more they just disappear.
Any idea on how to write more than 4 lines. All I'm writing is the section she's in contempt for and very brief explaination of what it is.

Thanks.
