Default Child turning 19

My son is turning 19 this summer and we are about to go to court once again on section 7 expenses. Has anyone ever been successful in having their child support reduced due to the child reaching the age of majority? My divorce judgement actually states that support ends when the child turns 18 and is not registered in post secondary education. He is not registered, but of course I am still paying as I've been waiting for trial. We had a case conference in June 2009 and it was brought up then but it has yet to go to trial. Ex is dragging her feet for some reason. Just wondering how others were successful and what your arguments were. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
