Yep my mom made me eat my veggies and made me get up Monday-Friday for school at 6am. From that I got a deep love for school and learning, but the waistline could use some help lol

My point is, at 14 they are still children and they need structure and stability not a parent who wants to just give into their plea's. Thing about this forum though is we only get half the story in cases like this so it's hard to say yes or no.

That's the spirit. I hope they allow you do your own recording because that would be really beneficial.

The law as it sits right now he's entitled to. If I were taping. Id make sure i had the regs on it and have it ready to quote to the judge lol. He also has to say its for note taking purposes if asked if I am no mistaken.

Anyway should be interesting for the first 10 min in that court room.
