Can I ask for a progress report?

My ex is collecting CPP disability for anxiety/panic attacks, post tramatic stress syndrome & obssesive compulsive disorder. All this stems from her childhood. She worked through out the majority of the marriage 11 years, & then we split & voila she can't work & I'm paying spousal support, no kids. Can I ask for a progress report on what she is doing to help herself or do I have to wait until our agreement ends in 2010? She tried to get help when we were married but when the going got tough she backed off so I don't imagine anythings changed.

Just trying to find out if I should try now or not waste my time & money on my lawyer.

Was there any mention in the order or implication that she was to maintain employment?
I think in order to be granted a motion to vary or terminate SS, you would have to find case law on this type of situation.
I have tried various combinations of the facts and cannot find case law that would support a claim with your circumstances.

Perhaps you will have better luck.
