Default Book of evidence is it served?

Does the book of evidence get served on the other party or just filed with the courts?

The other party has not responded to anything hasn't filed or been replying for a while. I messed up a bit on timelines out of confusion but was granted a motion yesterday that allowed me to file late as trial sittings start on tuesday. I just don't know if I have to serve my book of evidence on her as well.

Thanks

Yes you do. I served my BOA on the other party.
