Default adultery in another country

If my dad has committed adultery in another country, could we have him deported so he can't come back to Canada? Does he have to be married to this other person and do I have to have documents to prove it? My parents have been separated for 1yr but not divorced.

Hi ncg and welcome to the forums!

I'm not an immigration lawyer so I can't say for sure, but I seriously doubt that Canada deports people due to adultery.

In any event, if he is separated, it would not be considered adultery.

No way, its not exactly against the law in Canada.
They wont be deported, it does happen in some countries, eg the middle east, however not in Canada!
