I live in Manitoba where "Forsake of the Children" has pretty much already taken place (parenting plans and that). And I was wondering if I should get a second opinon for the fact my ex would like to take the kids to his families places in another city in the same province.. but were drugs alcohol and criminal activities (has been proven) are a concern. And need information on what I can do as the parent in primary control (my lawyer won't seek sole custody due to the "For sake of the children). So basically is there any links that I can look up to see what parents waiting on the sit down between lawyers to take place can and can't do. I know a bit confusing but thats the jist of it. I don't want my kids in a situation they dont understand or control since they are three and four and they never knew his side. I hope that isn't too confusing.

Thanks was working too much .. havent had a chance to come back on... and the situation at hand is worse than now.... but I can't give up so if any one has any links would greatly be appreicated.
