Hi all
Quick question that I couldn't find an answer for in a search. Costs were awarded to the Ex, does the FRO handle that??? |

FRO Facts | Ministry of Community and Social Services
I just found that page quickly re: FRO responsibilities - looks like it depends on what the costs were for and how the order is worded. |

Cost for the lawyer you mean, I have seen that on an affidavit but we worded ours the same as the motion was a repeat of many. So the judge say we will bear our own cost. The FRO only take care of support payment I believe, but again it is hard to know what they do as they never respond to any registered letter.
