Default motion to change

I have over the last year or so been to court a number of times with different judges who all seem to have screwed up the final order I now have . the first gave my wife $6027 spousal and child support ,so when the lawyer tried to change it to around $5000 the order went into the file and the clerks did not get hold of it untill another order came in fixing my FRO payments with no adjustments . when I looked at my file they relised the mistake but the FRO already had the latest order fixing the cost ,so they could not change it .
my questions are do I submit numerous motions to change each of the judges order ?
do I fill out sections 5,6,7 &8 dealing with child support
whats the difference betwee steps 9 & 10
is it I put in what I want to be changed in section 9
and if I want anything new it should go into sect. 10 ??
