10 years cl in that time he has 1 motorcycle 1 custom bike 1 4 wheeler pick up truck fling machine all our house contents as when we first hooked up he moved in with me into my small apt with my daughter. the house soley in his name i have my car had a motorcycle sold it and gave him half the cash. we vacation yearly plus the small trips in between . mass home improvments done idon't make as much as him but in the 10 years as stated prior i paid what i could until i got a better job and now for over 3 years have bben paying 400. plus half or all groceries dog vet kennel when we go away doing his laundy for 10 years picking it up sorting it washing dryin and folding then have to carry it all back into the house as i paid for it at the laundry mat. my car car ins everything possible for my kid (haven't recieved support from real dad in over a year suppose to pay me 140.00 a month) cut lawn (2 acres) plowed driveway he took role of parent not disiplinary. took her on vacations new bike clothes etc. what do you figure i could be entitled to is this an enrichment thing can you give more advice. thanx so much;

This is a good link on CL issues, read the part at "What about the family home ?"
So too is this sight.
You can claim both SS and CS. CS because he was Loco Parentis (in the place of a parent).
You cannot have 50% of the house per say but are entitled to equity via unjust enrichment, see above link on how that works.

You are also entitled to a split in CPP for duration of cohabitation.
You are also entitled to anything you had prior to cohabitation, but would have to have proof. If you claimed CL through CCRA you have the hardest part of the battle covered. If not use the bills or anything else that was in your name or you paid via accounts in your name.
