Hi Iam a father of two kids with special needs, Iam currently going for full custody due in part of my ex`s drug problem. I have always lived with my kids and their mother up until last year. Currently we have a court order which is referred to as a nesting arrangement where I am in the home half the week and their mother the other half. All is not well, the kids mother has broken everything on the court order. I had to get Children's aid involved due to the fact my ex was stealing my kids meds for an extended amount of time. My ex has been going to the methadone clinic for several years now and is insisting she is clean. I receive legal aid and it has ran out. Currently we are waiting on the results of a parental assessment which was agreed on by our lawyers. My lawyer is not returning my phone calls regarding my ex not paying her share of the rent, which is in the court order this among several other MAJOR issues I have had with my ex. Is there any "been there done that`s" out there who can spare a tidbit of information.
