hello, my common-law ex and i have a 2yr old daughter together as well she has an 8yr old from a past relationship. to add here the 8yr old calls me dad and we are very close. The ex is threatening to move to another province 8hours away from me, and i need to know if there is anything i can do legally to stop her from taking the kids away from their dad, because honestly i need them and they need me!! to make things clear our relationship ended for reasons in which i was not given!! All i want is my kids not my ex. realisticly i am going to have to see her and im okay with that i just dont want her moving these kids to another province where i will only get to see them maybe a few days a month. Please help
