Default Common Law - Repayment?

I have payed for all of the "toys" (boat, dune buggy, etc...) all of which he has put in his name. Am I entitled to my money back for these items which he now has and I have paid for? We are no longer together.

IMO I would say no...because you were together it will be your word agaisnt his, which means he will most likely claim they were gifts, however, he would have to claim those as assests.
