buying out property
Can my ex CL Wife deny me buying out her share of the house we bought together. She wants the house but refuses to buy me out. I would be willing to buy her portion, but I am thinking she will not agree to this.

So she wants it for nothing? Get an order to put it up for sale. Perhaps you can include a 'first right of refusal clause' if you want to keep it...
