Expect the unexpected...All the parties lawyers listed on the forthcoming trial list will also be in attendance before the Trial Coordinator and most likely further Senior judge.

They may ask you estimation of Trial Time etc.

Default So No docs to prepare?

So no documents to prepare and/or serve, just show up with my plans for the trial and some idea of the timeframe?? Sounds too simple considering what we've been through already.

Thanks again LV

Default One last question

Can an order be made at Assignment court, or is it just for trial preparation??

Confirmation more of less of trial time ... and Issues. Also gives the parties opportunities to discuss. Leave would be required for your order.
