not crying in traffic on drive home from work
no longer afraid to say hi and chat with neighbors or friends
the list goes on
i still cant leave the toilet seat up but i've had the same socks
on for 3 days now - not that i really enjoy it either - but its a reminder
to me this weekend I can do it if i want
