No, they usually won't "come with you." But alternatively, when you arrive and she refuses to allow you access, you can call the police and ask them to send an officer to assess the situation. (You can even increase your chances of them sending an officer by mentioning that you fear your ex may be under the influence of something because she is being unreasonable by denying you access without reason, which has never happened before, and that you fear for the safety of your daughter.)
