If you signed without knowing your 'rights' and what she was intending on ultimately doing, you can plead that you didn't know your full rights. I'd do as the previous poster said and speak with Duty Counsel at the courthouse - they're free and very useful.

My ex just signed a legal agreement with me saying that I could move but we were both very clear that it was not multiple moves and it was to be close to my parents. I can't just move and move and move and he deals with it.
