I would talk to duty counsel where you live and see if you can file a motion in your local courthouse. Also bring the document in which you signed that permitted her to move in the first place. The longer you wait to investigate this the more difficult it is get her to come back. You may also have no choice but to make the court appearance in Alberta.
Also, document all events that transpired between you, from the time you let her leave up until you moved out to Alberta.
