hi all, i am in a really sticky situation, here it is, my girlfriend and i lived in ontario, we had a baby, she decided she wanted to move to another province so i agreed, i signed a paper allowing her to move with our child and i was to follow when i rented out our house, so 2 months later i packed up the house and moved where she found us a place, i sent her money for first and last, i got there and we argued which i think was all planned, i left to cool down, i went to go back to where she was staying and i had a restraining order slapped on me and a child protective order against me, i then left the province cam back to ontario and she a week later charged me with assault, so now i can't get legal aid and there is a court date coming up soom for custody, i can't have any contact with her because of this child protective order and the restraining order, what do i do now, i haven't done anything wrong and now i'm afarid that i will never see my kid again, we live so far away from eachother, our child was born in ontario so can i force her to come back to ontario now that she has filed all this stuff with the alberta courts, i think her move was all thought out because evrything happened way too fast, please help, it seems like the lawyers i have talked to don't want to get involved because it's in 2 different provinces, thanks.
