I am in desperate need of advice, on a custody matter.. here the story..
three years ago i was charged with assult of my ex, i was sentenced house arrest. it got served and i was to have no contact with her. at the same time we went through child custody about our son. she got sole and i got supervised visits. even though i was to have no contact with her for one year. then one year was up, i had no idea how to contact her or any of her family members. i have not seen my son since he was 3 months old. since then i have married and have 2 kids, turned my life completly around, my wife now is in contact with the ex and she wants the kids to know ones another but my ex doesnt want my son to know me. i am in process of arranging a court date. but since i have not seen my son in 3 years will the court rule in her favour and i will never see him?
please someone i need advice on this, am i just wasting my time?
