Agreed with HammerDad. Not section 7.

The point of set-off is that it enables you to share all expenses roughly equally. I would assume that you have similar expenses of your own that balance hers. If she brings this to court, then be ready to show a list of your own expenditures. If she can show that she is outspending you significantly, then she might be successful in altering the set-off amount (as per CS guidelines for application of set-off).
