This is in line with what my partners lawyer said. He has argued both sides and says its dependent on the situation but for the most part, CS is not payable while child is away at school. In most cases it is an average of the four months paid over the full year. His ex is arguing for full table all year long. Lawyer said there is nothing that could prove this is right. Especially since their agreement clearly states it will be changed.
